So I tried this one, and it was tough! I think it's more than a few levels above my present skill, but despite having to dodge liquid hot oil flying everywhere whilst simultaneously re-breading the chicken two and three times (seriosly, how do you keep that on there in the oil?) all while trying to keep my eyes on the simmering broccoli in chedder sauce and corn pudding (you see - I think I bit off more than I could chew; had too much on my plate, or whatever other cooking analogy you can stomach) - well, despite all that, it turned out not too bad. But will I try it again anytime soon - I think not. Thanks for the recipe, though!
