3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp oregano
2 (28 oz) cans peeled whole tomatoes, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
1. saute onion and garlic in olive oil
2. add oregano, simmer about 10 minutes
3. add squished tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes
